We're Looking for the Builders Behind the Scenes
These awards celebrate the operators driving growth, not just with ideas, but with execution. We want in-house leaders who:
- Use systems like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce to power GTM functions
- Design and own key GTM processes (revops, lifecycle programs, sales enablement, onboarding, etc.)
- Deliver measurable results: speed, scale, alignment, or efficiency
- Lead meaningful transformation within their teams or companies
- Elevate the entire GTM engine through operations

What Makes a Strong Nomination?
We're Evaluating Impact, Not Job Titles
You don't need to be a VP to make the list. Finalists will be chosen based on:
- Operational Excellence – How well does this person drive alignment, process, and performance?
- Business Impact – Have they moved the needle on revenue, retention, or efficiency?
- Innovation – Are they pushing boundaries with how systems and teams work together?
- Clarity of Story – Can we clearly understand what they've done and why it matters?

Nope. These awards are platform-agnostic. Whether they work in HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Zendesk, or something else entirely—it’s the impact that matters, not the tool.
What makes for a strong nomination?
Great nominations showcase clear results, thoughtful systems design, and leadership through execution. Be specific—metrics, tools used, before-and-after outcomes, and examples all help your nomination stand out.
When will winners be announced?
Nominations close on September 26. The Top 40 honorees will be announced in early October, followed by a live webinar spotlighting select winners and their work.
